Maintenance
We offer maintenance of your application on our server, or maintenance on yours.
We use remote management facilities to log into your server and undertake the agreed
tasks if it's on your server. We use
MyInstantHelpdesk to report the status of these
maintenance task automatically to you.
Helpdesk
Some clients need to have the fall back of a manned helpdesk. We offer this facility
using myInstantHelpesk to record and report issues to clients based around agreed
SLA's.
