If your customer is too busy to log in to your application to log an incident, there
is a facility to just send an email to a specific account which frequently scanned
by the system for emails. This is email is automatically received and entered into
the helpdesk system. The application knows who the person logging the incident is
by the sender's email address.
Scheduled tasks
If you are carrying out maintenance tasks for your customers, then this feature
will allow you to automatically schedule in maintenance tasks, and log the status
or add notes against them. The system can be set up to periodically send out maintenance
tasks status reports for your customers.
