About us
Background and history
We were founded early in 2002 to address the demand for consulting and project management
in the ERP arena. As part of this direction, our service lines included
- Logistics and supply chain consulting
- Process Modelling and improvement
- Project management
- ERP specific consulting (J.D.Edwards)
However, over the first few years after our incorporation, the ERP arena went through
significant consolidation with many of the smaller providers being bought out by
the large players. Over this turbulent time, we decided that we needed to reduce
our dependency on consulting by changing our core direction to a software development
company. Looking at the research coming out from the likes of Gartner on the IT
trends, we chose to become specialised in Web Applications (e.g. applications that
can be access through a web browser), based around the Microsoft® Technologies
of SQL and C#.
Today
We have launched a product into the Balanced Score Card market in 2007 called Pinnacle,
which helps align a company’s operations to the strategy and have launched in 2011
a Help Desk for the SME market (see www.MyInstantHelpdesk.co.uk for
more details). We are actively engaged in a number of web application projects and
have support contracts in place for:
- Web hosting
- SQL maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting
- Help desk
The Future
Beyond the release of MyInstantHelpdesk we have a number of other software products
that we intend to bring to the market, but they are only in the early planning stages
at the moment.
